Hayley holds a BSc in Social Policy from Loughborough University and an MA in Social Policy from the University of Birmingham. Recent projects include:
Hayley began her career at the International Centre for Guidance Studies (ICeGS), University of Derby, where she spent three years undertaking research in the field of guidance in support of lifelong learning. Hayley then joined the National Institute of Adult Continuing Education (NIACE) where she worked on an array of research and evaluation projects in relation to adult learning.
Hayley has worked on research projects for a range of clients, including: the (then) Department for Innovation, Universities and Skills; Learning and Skills Council; Learning and Skills Improvement Service; Financial Services Authority; Connexions Partnerships; and Local Authorities.
Hayley has extensive experience in the design and delivery of quantitative and qualitative research projects ranging from small-scale studies to large-scale evaluations. She is also an experienced project manager.
