CFE has been commissioned by the Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI), the Sector Skills Council for the motor sector, to explore employers’ perception and value of the Scottish Vocational Qualification.
Conducted by telephone, interviews will be held with 30 employers to establish the awareness of SVQs amongst employers, and identify the relevance of the qualifications in meetings the business and training needs of employers today and in the future. The findings will provide insight to IMI and its’ members about the value of SQVs and its’ suitability for the sector, being able to feed into their strategies moving forward.
