CFE was commissioned by the London Development Agency (LDA) to conduct research into employment retention and progression in London.
The project built a robust evidence base on patterns of employment retention and progression in London and examined national and international evidence of how public policy in general and Integrated Employment and Skills (IES) trials in particular can improve retention and progression.
The project involved the development of a bank of indicators, while a systematic national and international review of policy initiatives related to in-work support ensured the findings translated in to practical and targeted interventions.
