CFE has been commissioned by the Association of Graduate Recruiters (AGR) to undertake their bi-annual Graduate Recruitment Survey for the next twelve months. AGR is an independent, not for profit organisation dedicated to supporting employers in all aspects of graduate recruitment.
The AGR has a membership of almost 800 organisations which is made up of some of the biggest and most influential graduate recruiters in the UK across the major industries and sectors. The surveys have been running in their current form since 1991 and are recognised as the definitive barometer of the state of graduate recruitment.
The outputs of the survey will provide invaluable benchmarking data for members and help AGR set the agenda for change in graduate recruitment by ensuring that recruiters’ views are heard by decision-makers in government, universities and career services.
