CFE are working with the Regional Development Agency (RDA) and Learning and Skills Council (LSC) to facilitate the development of a Skills Delivery Plan that will be based on the West Midlands Regional Economic Strategy (RES), Leitch recommendations, and other regional skills documents.
The plan will focus on identifying the key responsibilities and accountabilities of the primary agencies in the Region.
