This paper was completed by CFE in 2005, but was used recently as part of a presentation for Skills for Logistics in March 2008.
The paper reviews projects and services that supported organisations in implementing smarter working.
The review developed an evidence base through a series of mainly qualitative interviews with Sector Skills Councils, public sector intermediaries, training providers and national stakeholders.
